Cristina & Dan's Wedding_001

Cristina and Dan were married at the Kensington and Chelsea registry office on an unseasonably cold, grey, sleety April day. This could have dampened the mood of any normal wedding day, but not for Cristina and Dan, as in less than 24 hours they would be jetting off to Brazil, along with Dan’s direct family who were there to witness them exchanging their vows in London, to join Cristina’s family and have their marriage blessed in Cristina’s home country.

Despite the weather, their London wedding was the perfect combination of Dan’s old-school English charm and Cristina’s South American flare. Today I’m very excited to share with you the last of my trash the dress shoots, for this year. When Stephanie entered my Rock ‘n Rock Bride competition back in April and told me all about how her husband Glen proposed to her in a room full of balloons and how her wedding venue was double booked with a balloon model convention, I had a feeling I knew where this was going!

When organizing Susheela’s second trash the dress shoot (the first can be seen here) which was going to be shot at Bloomsbury Bowling Lanes to reflect Susheela’s love for all things retro, I was looking for some fun bridal accessories that would tie in with the theme and compliment her red polka dot shoes.
